Cluster Lead (Legal & Compliance, Client Onboarding, Treasury) - Capital Markets Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Cluster Lead to oversee functional testing and validation across Legal, Compliance, Client Onboarding (KYC/AML), and Treasury Operations domains. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate regulatory and control requirements into actionable testing deliverables, ensuring readiness and compliance across multiple systems and workflows.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end functional testing & validation across Legal, Compliance, Client Onboarding (KYC/AML), and Treasury Operations domains.Partner with stakeholders to translate regulatory and control requirements into testing deliverables.Drive functional readiness for KYC, AML, Sanctions Screening, and Regulatory Reporting platforms.Oversee testing of Treasury workflows including Cash Management, Liquidity, FX Funding, and Collateral Optimization.Ensure adherence to global standards such as FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and data privacy regulations during execution. Required Skills and Experience:Strong functional expertise in KYC, AML, Legal Documentation, Compliance Monitoring, and Treasury.Hands-on experience with onboarding & screening systems such as Fenergo, LexisNexis Bridger, Actimize, Mantas, Fircosoft, or World-Check.Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems like Kyriba, Calypso, Murex, Quantum, or SAP Treasury.Proficiency in JIRA, X-Ray, and defect management tools; knowledge of Confluence.Experience driving Finance & Compliance transformation initiatives with focus on data quality, control automation, and audit readiness.Ability to work across cross-functional clusters ensuring traceability, documentation, and operational compliance for all test phases.
