Here at Leonardo Hotels we have an amazing opportunity for a Cluster Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join the team.As a Cluster Meetings & Events sales Executive you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. As part of vibrant team you’ll be supporting a cluster of hotels to ensure that all M&E customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently.If You’re Our Ideal M&E Executive, You WillBe yourself!Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requestsDevelop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunitiesWork closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detailGather feedback from clients – we love repeat business!Produce contracts and issue invoices to customersHave a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer serviceThe Day-to-dayRespond professionally to telephone and email enquiries in timely manner, according to our department methods and standardsEnsure good diary management is implemented to avoid over capacity or over bookingsUpsell to enquiries where possible (food & beverages, syndicate room, bedrooms, leisure facilities, etc.)Create and update bookings ensuring as much detail as possible is inputtedOffer show rounds to clients with enquiries to maximise our chance of winning the businessPromote any offers when appropriatePrepare and issue proposals, contracts and invoicesEnsure compliance with company standards and strive to achieve targetsObtain correct booking details from clients in writing. Ensure that all booking details are clearly communicated to clients and in-house departments; professionally and inside time deadlinesDeal with all customer requests and queries promptly and effectively via emails, telephone or face-to-faceManage guest complaints in a friendly manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all timesConduct regular competitor checks to ensure you have a good understanding of our market and pricing strategyLiaise with other hotel departments to ensure we are all working towards the same goalsParticipate in training and be the best you can be in your role - there is a huge amount of training available to you if you want to build a career Why come join us?We look after our colleagues just as well as we look after our guests.
