Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionReservation Handling:Process individual and group reservations across multiple properties accurately and efficiently.Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and travel agents.Modify, cancel, or update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) as requested.Ensure all bookings are recorded with correct guest details, payment methods, rate codes, and special requests.Guest Relations & CommunicationProvide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to all guests and partners.Recommend suitable rooms, packages, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.Maintain a strong understanding of each property’s features, services, and room types to ensure accurate guest guidance.Handle special requests such as VIP arrangements, group bookings, and room block management.QualificationsMinimum 1 Year as a Reservations AgentKnowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferableAdditional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
