Job Description

The TeamAt Clyde & Co, we are committed to ensuring all our people - across legal and business services - have access to meaningful training and professional development. Our Learning, Leadership & Talent (LLT) offering is broad, practical, and aligned to support both individual growth and the firm's strategic goals. Whether through structured programs or on-the-job learning, we create opportunities for everyone to build capability, grow in confidence, and progress their careers. About The RoleThis APAC-based role supports the Global LLT team by helping to implement and deliver key global and regional learning and talent initiatives.

Working closely with the L&D Manager, APAC, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring learning opportunities are effectively delivered to over 400 colleagues across the region. This role would suit someone looking to grow their experience in a global professional services environment. You will thrive if you're proactive and eager to make a visible impact. A keen interest in talent development, strong relationship-building skills, learning design (both digital e-learning and in-person delivery) and the ability to measure and articulate the value (including ROI) of learning interventions will be key to success.

Who We're Looking ForYou'll be a great fit if you: Have experience in learning and development or talent management, ideally in a professional services or corporate setting. Are genuinely interested in talent development and supporting people to grow their skills and careers. Are interested in learning design, both for live delivery and digital/e-learning formats. Are confident and comfortable facilitating and presenting to groups - whether in person or virtually. Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy collaborating to understand needs and co-create solutions. Are highly organised with excellent project coordination and time management abilities.

Are comfortable with learning technologies and Learning Management Systems. Can interpret and communicate data effectively, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement. Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in both team and independent work. Are committed to your own development and motivated by the opportunity to grow your experience in a global environment. Opportunities for GrowthThis is an exciting opportunity to build your capability in a collaborative, globally connected team. You'll contribute to high-profile initiatives, deepen your expertise in learning and talent development, and grow your professional network - all while making a meaningful impact.
