The Role You will work closely with partners, associates, and other paralegals on a broad range of asset management matters, including:
Assisting with fund formation, structuring, and ongoing regulatory compliance. Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents. Conducting legal research and preparing reports. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to progress matters efficiently. Managing key transaction documentation and maintaining accurate records. About YouPrevious paralegal experience within asset management, funds, or corporate law (US or UK law firm experience advantageous). Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
