Job Requirements Minimum Degree Required: Currently pursuing, in the final stages of, or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum Experience Required: No prior professional experience required. Internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to accounting or finance are a plus. Preferred Knowledge / Skills: Interest in deals, capital markets, and accounting. Willingness to learn about US GAAP and IFRS. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills in English (reading and writing). What will you do? Support the US Deals Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Team (CMAAS) Team on accounting matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and complex accounting issues. Assist in reviewing and summarizing information from financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, notes), accounting reports, and legal documents under US GAAP & IFRS. Participate in benchmarking and technical accounting research.Attend meetings with global teams and clients. Provide support on project planning, analyzing client information, building reports, and conducting research.
