To be successful in the role it is key that the CMMS understands procedures, processes, and operates them to the required standards.NoteAll details are provided for guidance only; they do not necessarily limit the responsibilities and accountabilities of the job.Full details of employment terms are provided within offers of employment, and appropriate policies within the Company.Contract Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments and meeting or exceeding these Assist in the compiling of the Customer Monthly Management Report Liaising with the client regarding contractual requirements Operational Ma naging and raising workorders (WO) and Access requests for repairs and maintenance tasks Updating the 52 Week Plans, and continually reviewing asset management/maintenance plans Continually refining the CMMS system data/information including maintenance performed, uploading of service reports, faults/RCA, updating of asset information Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and WO processes Support other sites during peak periods/as required Ensure accuracy and a high quality of all data entered into applicable system(s) CMMS Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule data entry, coordination & Customer follow-up of Change Management approval Preparing and controlling documentation for internal and external audits Support the contract Critical Facility Manager and senior engineer in managing all contractual paperwork and compliance documentation Sourcing relevant data to support completion of monthly, and quarterly reports Ensures compliance with, local, state and federal regulatory requirements including environmental, building, fire, health & safety Ad hock reporting as required by the customer People Organising training for the team and maintaining training records where required Customer Relationship Management - Maintain positive relationship with the Clients/Customers Hold team members accountable to performance standards, managing, understanding, and addressing any underperformance appropriately Shared responsibility of staffing the NOC and relevant tasks where required Backfill Electrical and/or Mechanical supervisor role from time to time Participate in work related team meetings and activities as required Actively promote teamwork within the team, contract, and business Quality and Safety Report all safety concerns, hazards, near misses and incidents Responsible for administrative tasks related to QHSE Logging hazards & customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal Maintaining compliance with all mandatory training Proactively lead by example with all matters relating to SHE/Risk/QMSOthers Working with the procurement team when required Updating Portals as and when required Constantly improve quality, service, and efficiency Process improvement Being a person who can be turned to for expert knowledge, advice, or reliable performance, especially in a crucial situation CBRE RISE Values RESPECT: We act with consideration for others’ ideas and share information openly to inspire trust and encourage collaboration INTEGRITY: No one individual, no one deal, no one client, is bigger than our commitment to our company and what we stand for SERVICE: We approach our clients challenges with enthusiasm and diligence, building long-term relationships by connecting the right people, capital, and opportunities EXCELLENCE: We focus relentlessly on creating winning outcomes for our clients, employees, and shareholders Circumstances Be flexible to work outside core office hour s from time to timeExperience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Essential Proven track record in a data centre operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting Tier3orgreatercriticalfacilitiesoperationsrolewhichhasincludedresponsibilityforproduct, culture, people, and businessgrowth Proven track record of operating in a managementrole Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers, andcustomers Worked within a matrixorganisation “Unless otherwise advised, CBRE data centre sites require Australian Citizenship and on request from our customers participating in a government clearance process and holding a government clearance up to NV1 is required” Service line: GWS Segment
