Our Funds team is expanding and is looking for a Team Assistant (Full-time or part-time position). CMS is a future-facing law firm. Active in Luxembourg since 2011, the firm counts now more than 60 lawyers, genuine experts in their fields that provide full support to local and international groups on all legal aspects of their Luxembourg transactions, as well as their day-to-day operations. Your responsibilitiesAssisting the team in the daily work:
Preparing correspondence (for clients and/or other parties) and performing other administrative tasks (documents compilation, compare versions, conversion of documents, lay-out and formatting of documents, creating, monitoring and closing client files in our systems and collecting the relevant KYC documentation. . . ). Update calendars and schedule meetings for the team. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails. Arranging travels. Assist the team on a day-to-day basis. Managing legal documentation (including scanning, printing, archiving and database maintenance)Support on some paralegal tasks such as: LBR Filings, file opening, review of documents.
Assisting the team in creating and formatting templates/presentation slides/brochures/pitches. Act as back-up for other Assistant colleagues. Your profileYou hold a bachelor’s degree in administration. You have preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in administration. We are also open to new graduates. Motivation is more important to us than experience. You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. German is considered as an asset. You have excellent organisational skills and solid IT skills. You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are autonomous, dynamic you have an eye for details.
