We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female In-Home Caregiver with experience in dementia care to provide essential support to a client in his own home. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while respecting the dignity and privacy of those you serve.DutiesAssist our client with Dementia care, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, range of motion exercises, and toileting.Provide him with companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.Support clients with mobility assistanceMedication reminder and monitor health conditions. incDocument care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.Fall prevention and follow safety protocols.Skills and ResponsibilitiesAssist the client with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and physical health.Ensure a safe living environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the home.Collaborate with family members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while providing care.Experience in Dementia Care or senior care is highly desirable.Knowledge of home community care practices and working with individuals with ALS disabilities is a plus.Ability to perform light cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.Compassionate nature combined with patience and understanding.Ability to lift clients safely when needed, adhering to proper lifting techniques.Familiarity with meal preparation that meets nutritional needs.Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
