Job DescriptionPosition SummaryProvide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, compassionate service that meets the individual needs of each client. Work closely with the client and their family to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonalized Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, while encouraging their independence.Nutritional Support: Plan and prepare healthy, nutritious meals tailored to the client's preferences and dietary needs.
