CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with a strong focus on turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components, meeting, or exceeding production schedules.Key Responsibilities:Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and drawingsPerforming complex machining operations, including turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc ControlTroubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machining processes to ensure quality and production targets are metMeasuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specificationsMaintaining equipment and tools in good working condition and performing routine maintenance activities as requiredAlways adhering to safety regulations and company policies and proceduresRequirementsQualifications:Trade Certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machiningExperience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, with a strong focus on turning and turn-mill operations using Fanuc ControlAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsProficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as micrometers, height gauges, and bore gaugesKnowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parametersStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeIf you are an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong focus on turning and turn-mill operations using Fanuc Control and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.Powered by JazzHRCkBaOrgg16
