You’ll also discover learning and development opportunities so you can take your career to the next level – and beyond.Other benefits include:Competitive Benefits: Medical (FSA + HSA), Dental, and VisionImmediate 401K Vesting/MatchingCareer Opportunity and GrowthTuition ReimbursementStudent Loan RepaymentGenerous PTO and 11 paid Holidays per year (8 regular and 3 floating)8 weeks of 100% Paid Family Leave Profit Sharing Plan applies to all non-Annual Incentive Plan and non-Sales Incentive Plan employees.OverviewThe CNC Operations Technician II performs programing, set up, running and troubleshooting of CNC machines to produce precision parts.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSelect tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programsWrite new CNC programs, setup instructions, estimate and make changes to existing CNC programsCompute dimensions and tolerances, and measure work piecesStudy blueprints and work orders to determine product specificationsSet up and run the first part after completion of machine set upLoad up work pieces and set up CNC machine as per specificationsSet up and operate CNC machines to maximize the use of materials and equipmentPerform quality work checks to insure your machine is producing quality standardsQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.School Diploma or GEDAdditional InformationThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.Pay Range: $25.50 - $32.00 hourly.
