CNC Programmer / Operator

Job Description:Creating 2D and 3D drawings using Autodesk Fusion 360 or SolidWorksProgramming CNC machines based on technical drawings and specificationsOperating and monitoring CNC machines with Haas NGC and Sinumerik 828D/840D controlsOptimizing production processesMaintaining and adjusting machines to ensure accuracy and precisionQuality control of manufactured parts and productsTimely reporting and resolving technical issues and malfunctionsCollaborating with the production improvement teamSetting up and positioning parts in the machineProcessing prototype and serial parts according to documentation and standardsResponsibilities:Self-checking operations, parts, and machine performanceManaging auxiliary tools and consumables required for machiningMonitoring the machining processPacking and storing finished partsRecording and completing accompanying documentationPerforming preventive machine maintenanceActively participating in the production processEnsuring personal and team safety in the production environmentMaintaining the cleanliness of the workspaceQualifications / Requirements:Mandatory experience in similar manufacturing rolesPreferred experience with CNC machines using Haas NGC and Sinumerik 828D/840D controlsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsPrecision in measurement and quality controlWillingness to work in shiftsAttention to detail and responsibilityMinimum vocational education (Level III)Reliability and precision in workStrong teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:Stable employment in a reputable companyWork in a dynamic and professional environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthProvided work equipment and protective gearContinuous technical trainingWork in state-of-the-art production conditions
