Job Description

Job DescriptionSupplements ManagerSupplements Manager is under general supervision of the Store Manager. This position will be responsible for day to day management of the supplement sales staff. Primary focus is to maintain an adequate inventory of nutritional supplements, vitamins, and natural herbs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers Perform point of sales tasks (run register) Provide guidance/answers to customers regarding products Manage weekly ordering of all department items Tag merchandise for sales, promotions Ensure sales staff maintains assigned store areas; including, but not limited to, department cleanliness and maintaining merchandising standards Must be willing to continue education and train sales staff in the proper sales techniques for nutritional supplements Perform other duties as assignedEducation requirements: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Experience/Skills:

Possess a working knowledge of nutritional supplements Minimum 3 years of customer service (including 1 year supervisory) and sales experience Experience working with point of sales equipment (cash register) Ability to accurately and timely process large volumes of merchandisePhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed Ability to stand throughout shift Ability to lift items above head Ability to stoop, bend and lift itemsApplication Process:
