Our school serves children aged 18 months to 18 years old, with support from skilled co-learners (teachers) and subject matter experts to deliver a world-class education. Beyond classroom innovation, we are working to build a teacher-training and accreditation platform alongside publishing digital and print educational resources to influence lasting educational reforms throughout Nigeria.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Co-learner (Teacher) at KEY Academy. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, project-based lessons aligned with our innovative curriculum. Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring students, fostering a collaborative learning environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with fellow co-learners to continuously improve teaching strategies. As a Co-learner, you will play a critical role in nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum developmentStrong background in Education and Teaching strategiesExcellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleaguesExperience in Training and professional developmentPassion for innovative and project-based educational approachesFlexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering lifelong learningBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is requiredPrevious teaching experience, especially in project-based learning is a plus.Salary: N200,000 (gross, before tax)Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full-time, on-site teacherLocation: Must be able to commute to Ikoyi (no accommodation provided)
