You’ll work directly with the founder (technical) as an equal partner.What You’ll DoLead our fundraising pipeline end-to-end: map targets (VCs, angels, state funds), craft outreach, and run a disciplined process.Build and maintain investor materials: concise narrative, deck, 1-pager, FAQ, and a clean data room.Own the financial model and scenario planning (runway, burn, hiring plan, unit economics).Manage due diligence and close: terms, timelines, and tidy documentation.Track non-dilutive opportunities (grants, programs) and submit strong applications.Set up lightweight finance ops: budgets, reporting cadence, cash management, and board updates.Be our relationship front door: consistent, thoughtful investor communications and updates.What You’ll BringDemonstrated fundraising experience (seed/Series A) or strong transactions background (VC, banking, growth equity, or founder who’s closed a round).Clear, simple writing and sharp storytelling—especially for non-technical audiences.A practical finance toolkit: models you can actually use, not just present.Grit and founder energy. You like small teams, real responsibility, and visible impact.Nice to HaveHardware or robotics exposure (unit economics, supply chain, COGS).Grant writing or EU/US public funding experience.Network across early-stage funds and angel syndicates in EU/US.Why JoinReal tech, real momentum.
