We are building a platform that adapts content to each learner’s knowledge level, ensures usability in low-data environments, and provides total time flexibility.Role DescriptionAs our CTO, you will define, build, and lead the entire technological vision of Brikap. It’s an opportunity to co-create a company and shape both our product and impact.Your core responsibilities will include:Technology Strategy: Establish and lead Brikap’s long-term tech vision, aligning it directly with business goals.Product Roadmap: Design, prioritize, and oversee the product development roadmap.Execution & Ownership: Product architecture, integrations, and evolution of our platform.Team Building: Build and lead the technical team as we grow.What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for someone who:Wants to build from zero.Believes in education as a driver of equality and opportunity.Sees technology as a way to create impact.Has passion, ownership, and long-term vision.
