Co-Founder Design - Munich-based, 15–20h/week (Equity Only)

I Edu Tales is an early-stage EdTech startup exploring how AI-powered storytelling and playful interaction can improve early digital experiences for young children.We are currently building our prototype (web/mobile) and are looking for a design-driven co-founder who can join us right away and take ownership of our visual direction, UX, and product experience.Who we’re looking for:You live in Munich and want to co-build a product from the ground up.This is not a job, it’s a co-founder role for someone who wants to shape a real digital product.You have experience or strong interest in:UI/UX design (mobile/tablet)Visual design & illustrationInteraction designCreative / storytelling productsYou enjoy:Designing intuitive, child-friendly interfacesCreating coherent visual worldsTurning concepts into wireframes, prototypes and final screensCollaborating with product, AI tools and content creatorsRequirements:✔️ Based in Munich✔️ Able to start immediately✔️ Available 15–20 hours per week✔️ Ready to take ownership of design & user experience✔️ Comfortable working in an early-stage, part-time founder environmentNice to have:Experience in EdTech or design for young childrenFamiliarity with animation or prototyping toolsExperience with simple playful interactions or mini-gamesThis is NOT:❌ a developer role❌ a paid job❌ a “join later when it’s stable” roleThis IS:✨ a real Co-Founder title & equity, with plans to formally establish the company and launch officially in 2026✨ full creative ownership of visual & interaction design✨ a chance to define an EdTech product from the earliest stage✨ a collaborative, focused, ambitious small team📩 Interested?
