Position Summary:At Improdata, we are pioneers in data and AI consultancy, providing unparalleled services to a global clientele, ranging from data analytics to AI solutions and staff augmentation. We are looking for a visionary Co-Founder with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our strategic initiatives, building and leading a high-performing sales team in the Saudi Arabia, and spearheading marketing efforts to expand our brand and client base globally.This role is for someone who is willing to invest time, establish a sales and marketing strategy, and build a team in the Saudi Arabia, taking ownership of revenue generation and brand positioning while working with equal equity alongside the founding team. Together, we aim to grow Improdata worldwide by securing projects, outsourcing talent, and creating impactful partnerships.Core Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence, including overseeing our flagship product Data Lapse (a data solution for diverse industries). • Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to position Improdata as a global leader in data and AI consultancy. Lead branding efforts to enhance visibility and engage with target audiences. • Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team based in the Saudi Arabia, creating and implementing a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base. • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, expand partnerships, innovate product offerings, and enter new markets. • Community and Market Engagement: Represent Improdata at events and conferences, establishing it as a leader in AI and data consultancy.Offering: • Equity Stake: Equal equity among founders, reflecting the pivotal role of the Co-Founder in driving sales, marketing, and overall business growth. • Compensation: Initial compensation will be commission-based, tied to performance and revenue benchmarks and the scope of project.Experience: • Proven leadership in tech, AI, or data-driven environments, driving significant business growth and market leadership. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships in tech or AI sectors. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes during periods of growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong partnerships and lead high-performing teams.Join Us:If you are driven by the opportunity to reshape the data and AI landscape, have a passion for sales and marketing, and are committed to building and leading a high-performing team, we invite you to apply as the Co-Founder of Improdata.
