Job Description

About the ProjectUnhide, led by the Brain Inflammation Collaborative (BIC), is a pioneering longitudinal research initiative investigating the role of neuroinflammation in complex, chronic conditions, with a current focus on infection associated chronic conditions such as ME/CFS, Long COVID, Lyme Disease, and PANS/PANDAS. Unhide brings together detailed clinical, cognitive, and self-reported data to uncover biological and behavioral patterns that drive prolonged illness following infection. By integrating data across pediatric and adult populations, the project aims to reveal how immune, neurological, and environmental factors interact over time to shape mental and physical health outcomes.BIC partners with leading academic institutions—including Columbia, Stanford, and more—and a network of clinicians, data scientists, and patient collaborators. Together, we aim to redefine how post-infectious and other neuroinflammatory conditions such as autoimmune diseases are understood, studied, and ultimately treated.
