Keep accurate records of issues and resolutions in the help desk system. 🔹RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking basics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
