With 57,000 employees in 38 countries (90% engineers), ALTEN offers a dynamic, multicultural, and technology-driven environment.Your Mission as Coach Business ManagerAs a Coach Business Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your own business unit, reporting directly to the Division Director of ALTEN Sweden.You will act as a hands-on leader, coaching and developing your team of Business Managers to drive:Continued business growthNew local offeringsKey account developmentTransformation toward consultative sellingContribution to the division’s global sales strategyKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the Business Development strategyDevelop and execute a business planIdentify and hunt for new business opportunitiesMatch ALTEN solutions with client challenges and needsManage and grow your customer portfolio to ensure recurring businessCoach, support, and empower your Business ManagersFoster an excellent employee experienceCollaborate with recruitment experts to attract new talentsLead and support your expanding group of consultantsWe are looking for someone with strategic vision, strong commercial drive, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
