We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as a Country Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employee Brand position, which is based in Gaborone. The successful candidate will report directly to the People & Culture Director. Key PurposeTo contribute to CCBB’s vision by developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and recruit talent while strengthening the company’s employer brand, in alignment with Business priorities.
This role will drive the full talent acquisition life cycle and employer branding initiatives to ensure CCBB remains competitive, attractive, and well positioned as an employer of choice.
