What We ExpectShould have good knowledge of compressors ammonia system hp lp. Hands on maintenance experience for mechanical and utilities equipment. Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and trainings on quality, H&S, operation procedures and instructions. Assess development areas and training needs. To make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.
To work in accordance with the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures for quality and efficient production. Managing and directing product changes according to procedures. To provide daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, to solve the malfunctions and to record them in accordance with the related procedures. To ensure cleaning and order of the production area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules. To provide training of all line operators on quality, maintenance, safety, operation procedures and instructions.
To participate in internal audit and GMP practices and to ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities. To ensure that the wastes in the responsibility area are separated and taken to waste areas. To ensure failure / stop records of the machines in production lines are kept in SAP. To report nonconformities and to ensure corrective and preventive actionMake necessary raw material, auxiliary material demands. To record the works done by using SAP maintenance and production modules. Ensure correct operation of SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systemsTo follow and support the development areas of operators.
To follow the annual leave and overtime of the operators.
