Role OverviewThe Demand Planning Associate Manager will handle General Trade Demand Planning and GT S&OP team . Role is involved in heavy coordination with management (including sales directors) to align S&OP targets and communicate any management decisions to the team. Key Responsibilities1.
S&OP ForecastingManage development of baseline per SKU per CU-channel based on recent trendsCollaborate with commercial and marketing teams to integrate assumptions and plans Communicate and align demand plan with supply chain for supportability and financial outlookQuantify opportunities and risks to the forecast and facilitate identification of gap bridging activities. Incorporate external data in forecast to improve forecast accuracy. 2. Insights ExpertUnderstands Historical Volume and Events of total General Trade and Market assigned (Exposure to market. ie. Market visits, FGDs, etc. )Gather qualitative and quantitative data and generate Market Insights Participate in business reviews with sales units3.
