Role OverviewThe Innovations & Category Associate Manager drives the growth of his or her focused portfolio business in volume, value, transactions and variable contribution through development of Marketing mix – product and brand, pack size price points, consumptions occasions, promotions and commercial trade conditions.

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall category marketing of his focused portfolio like Development of initiatives that drives category growth at point of sales; Definition of success metrics based on volume, transactions, revenue and variable contribution; Collaboration with Channel Marketing on planning and execution of category- specific point of programs; Development of point of sales materials in coordination with KO; and Management of Direct Marketing Expenses related to initiativesResponsible to an end to end process of new product launches from conceptualization to execution to evaluation.

He or She should have a direct collaboration with Commercial Marketing Teams on planning, execution of trade launches and post-launches analysisIdentify the gaps through available marketing researches and information and proposed recommendations related to addressing these gaps Position RequirementsPreferably Bachelor’s degree in Business-related disciplineAt least 5 years work experience with Category Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management backgroundProject Management and Analytics background Company SocialsReach us through our social media pages!
