Job Description

Job purpose: Primarily responsible to lead and perform audit activity and controls of Security Systems in Operation and promote safeguarding of people, property, and brand reputation for CCEP. Engage in job duties in the areas of Physical Security to maintain mindset culture, policy compliance and develop/manage supporting documentation. Developing efficient process automation in liaison with Supply Chain, People & Culture and other internal key stakeholders.

Perform and maintain ISO/TAPA program certifications for CCTV and Access control, which include (but are not limited to) Self- Certification/Self-Assessment development, compliance investigation/documentation, user training development, presentation and maintenance of audit quality evidenceProject management and contribute to the success of Security projects, through gathering, organizing, scoping, designing and executing all required actions at identified Security risks. Responsibilities: Developing Security Audit CapabilitiesLead all Security audits for CCEP and develop/implement Reliability Standard Audit Worksheets (RSAW) and evidence documentation. Act as the subject matter expert for all CCEP sites, providing testimony and presenting evidences of audits findings.

Report and present audits results through briefing to BU and sites. Responsible for remediation actions. Give support to supervisor in annual physical security and compliance organization activities, including systems testing, drills, and program / documentation reviews Perform Audit controls of security systems in operation, including Access Control, CCTV and alarms for all CCEP Sites, in collaboration with SC sites management, QESH and FM teams. Focus on the control of all fields, software, hardware, policy compliance and logic across all CCEP sites. Reporting suspicious events and delivering Compliance Reports on the management of sensitive personal data.

Pursue and implement corrective actions from hardware failure identification to isolate system and user errors, and recommend enhancements. Create and maintain linkage, with partners in the Audit team and report findings, results and mitigation plans. TAPA / ISO program certificationsDevelopment of a quality management process for physical security audits. Engage on the TAPA accreditation process for Access control and CCTV, and create quality management principles for ISO certifications. Track success benefits of the quality program for CCTV and Access control attributed to the implementation of TAPA program.

Security projectsSupport security projects by providing status reporting, forecasting, presenting the security programs, timing and timely reporting information to BU or Legal LTActing PMO (project management office) for security projects, dash boarding resource requirements and inputs across the team. Ensure support processes and documentation is delivered as part of the project via the project owner on completion.

Experience RequiredPro-watch Access Control system, HID badge and installation certified, Milestone CCTV systems hardware and software systems certification(Preferred) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or comparable industry designations Subject matter expert in the domains Access control, Closed Circuit Television, Physical and Technical site security CCEP Security site access and CCTV5 years of experience with integrated physical security, including enterprise systems environment, or significant direct work experience with HID, Pro-watch, Milestone and/or physical security system compliance3 years of project management, and audit management experiencesExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong interpersonal skills, including proven ability to manage positive stakeholder relationships. Shows and open spirit and is flexible to adapt to changing circumstancesSeeks best practice in auditing activities as set out in ISO by providing better internal management, less wastage, increased efficiency and productivity. Attention to detail and passion for process improvement. English language skills (Essential)
