Job Description

YOUR ROLE Develop and execute strategies across key categories to optimise total procurement costs. Ensure quality and security standards are met for all materials and services purchased and maximize value delivery for CCEPCollaborate with your counterpart to deliver aligned and consistent approach to categories across the CCEP GroupMaximize the value delivery for CCEP on overall purchasing costs through a business partnering approach with stakeholdersKey AccountabilityDevelop creative, value focused category strategies that meet business needs including risk mitigation, total cost of ownership reduction, sustainability and value beyond cost across the supply chain.

Support the development and implementation of the annual strategic, operating and budgeting process across your tower and ensure business and category plans align to stakeholder needs (one procurement face to the BU)Lead CCEP APS participation in global CEPG sourcing tenders and negotiations and ensure alignment of global CEPG sourcing initiatives to stakeholder needs. Implement best practices across the procurement lifecycle and leverage available technologyEnhance and manage supplier relationships in line with agreed performance and compliance indicators.

Drive sustainability developments through the supply chain, supporting CCEP to deliver sustainability goals through category projects delivering competitive, sustainable outcomesSupport business in implementing outcomes of procurement sourcing activities. Protect CCEP from all risks associated with third party supply through category risk management strategiesIdentify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity. Ensure procurement initiatives are executed using the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and methodology to carry out RFIs / RFPs, run negotiations and manage contracts with the support of Procurement systems and tools. Career Experience And QualificationsEducation Background:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in University degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or other related field required Professional Experience: Min 3 years experiences in Procurement management or category management including experience within regional/global categories and organizations Qualification/Certifications: Understanding of strategic sourcing management practicesProject, portfolio and contract management experienceNegotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes to realise organisational benefitsSupply market evaluation and optimisation experienceAbility to influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationshipsRisk identification and mitigation experience
