JOB OVERVIEW: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. If you are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for people and talent, we’d love to meet you!ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of organization. Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
