Youth Empowered Graduate Program - Supply Chain

Welcome aboard the Youth Empowered Graduate Program at Coca-Cola HBC Poland and Baltics! This program will enable you to learn the ropes of a specific business function through a 12-month various on-the-job experiences. We are looking for eager young graduates and professionals interested in starting their careers in specific departments. Get to know our business and organizational structure though functional tasks, hands-on experiences. Engage in training sessions designed to develop essential skills for professional success in today's fast-paced world. Actively participate in mentoring sessions with seasoned professionals, benefiting from their guidance and expertise to accelerate your career growth and achieve your full potential. Embrace a culture of continuous learning, where curiosity is celebrated and personal development is prioritized. Our new team member needs to have: University degree in Logistics and/or no more than around 2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain or procurement.
