As a Robot Delivery Technician, you’ll be at the heart of Coco’s mission, ensuring our delivery robots are assembled, maintained, and deployed with precision. From hands-on repairs to diagnostic testing, this role is both technical and dynamic. You'll work together with the engineering and operations teams to maintain peak robot performance while also providing critical feedback that helps shape future hardware improvements. You’ll be joining our growing team in Finland, and you will have a lot of independence in shaping the future of the operations in Finland.

A Day in the LifePrepare and inspect robots for each shiftDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issuesCollaborate with engineers to test new functionalitiesDeploy and support robot fleets across active marketsConduct routine inspections and log performance dataKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble, maintain, and repair robot hardwareDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issuesTrack recurring issues and contribute to hardware improvementsEnsure robots meet safety and operational standards before deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performanceMinimum RequirementsHands-on experience in robotics, electronics, motorbike shops, or similar environments2+ years of technical experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenanceFamiliarity with mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documentationThe work includes manual work and thus requires physical fitness and capability to lift heavy objectsWorking knowledge of English is required, Finnish a plusAbility to travel and work evenings and some weekendsPreferred QualificationsFirst level degree or equivalent technical experience in robotics or engineeringExperience with semi-autonomous robotic systemsSkilled in diagnostic tools and performance trackingComfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reportingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbout The TeamYou’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative group that values innovation, hustle, and teamwork.
