Key ResponsibilitiesConduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and workshopsAnalyze and document current and future business processes using BPMNCreate BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDesign wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize featuresDefine MVP scopes and break down epics into backlog itemsCollaborate with developers to clarify business logic and constraintsReview test cases and support UAT, defect tracking, and validationManage requirement changes and maintain version controlLead stakeholder walkthroughs and demos to confirm requirement fulfillmentPrepare SOPs, user manuals, and onboarding materialsContribute to RFPs, RFQs, and bid evaluationsEnsure consistent communication with stakeholders and project teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional alignmentMay mentor junior analystsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldBusiness Analysis certification (e.
