Job Description

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager oversees and coordinates all logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow, on-time deliveries, and accurate inventory management. This role is crucial in supporting production schedules by managing the storage and handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods. The manager ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations and works closely with production, procurement, and other departments to align logistics operations with business needs. ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods in line with production schedules.

Oversee the preparation, packaging, and shipping of products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and other locations. Manage and supervise inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely material availability to prevent production delays. Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, proper documentation, and resolve any supply chain issues (e. g. , delays, shortages). Optimize transportation and shipping methods to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels. Negotiate freight rates and manage contracts with carriers to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and local shipping requirements.

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and perform audits to verify inventory accuracy. Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of materials and products in line with safety and operational standards. QualificationsUniversity degreein in economic, finance, engineering or relevand fields. 2 - 5 years of experience in logistic and warehouese,preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain management, and transportation logistics. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software. Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards in warehousing and transportation. Possess good computer skills. Familiarity with customs procedures and international shipping regulations. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Good knowledge of English.
