Tchibo Turkey has been operating in Turkey for more than 15 years and is a highly successful organization with growth plans and over 400 employees. There are 58 Tchibo stores in 12 different cities in Turkey.Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. Initially having focused more on non-food retail in Turkey, over recent years Tchibo Turkey has emphasized its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering.We’re looking for a Demand & Allocation Supervisor to join our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Track all channel forecasts on a monthly and yearly basis and provide insights to managementPrepare and deliver data inputs for S&OP and S&OE meetingsContribute to continuous improvement of allocation and demand planning processes through operational insightsMonitor and allocate coffee, machine, and competence products across all brands and CS channels to ensure balanced stock levelsTake proactive measures for flash opportunities and unexpected sales spikesTake an active role in B2B order management, managing processes end-to-endMonitor order fulfillment performance across customers and channels, coordinating corrective actions when necessaryConduct scrap and return risk analysis and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to define improvement actionsSupport Shops & Online replenishment processesPrepare weekly international orders for coffee, machine, competence categories and coordinate approval processes with relevant stakeholdersUpdate forecasts in IBP/APOQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldsMin. 4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or allocation roles in Retail or FMCG (preferably food category)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid reporting capabilitiesAbility to build positive relations and work collaboratively with several teams (Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain)Proactive mindset with ability to take quick actions and make decisionsProficiency in ERP/IBP systems and advanced Excel skills SAP knowledge is a strong advantageStrong communication skills in English (German is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to solve complex problems in a structured and methodical mannerSelf-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptabilityStrong organizational skills with a focus on time management
