In our newly launched coffee trading desk, we supply premium Arabica green beans across Europe. We move fast, take calculated risks and give real responsibility from day one.Coffee Trader – Business Development & Sales FocusThis is a new-business-development position for Arabica green coffee. You will own the growth of our coffee book in Europe, close deals and turn relationships into recurring volume.Key responsibilities:Actively develop and win new clients: specialty and commercial roasters, private-label partners, institutional buyersDrive sales of premium Arabica green coffee, negotiate contracts, pricing and termsBuild and run your own profitable P&L bookRepresent Virtus at trade shows, cuppings and industry events across EuropeSpot market gaps, create opportunities and position our coffeesManage hedging, risk and logistics to support your sales pipeline Your Profile:Minimum 7 years proven experience in green coffee trading with clear strength on the sales sideExisting client contacts and a demonstrable track record of opening roaster doorsEntrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities where others see problemsSolid grasp of European and global coffee markets and pricing dynamicsComfortable with futures, options and risk managementFluent English (Spanish and additional languages a plus)High energy, self-starter, ready to travel What We Offer:Competitive base + uncapped performance bonus directly tied to your PnLReal ownership; you will shape and scale the entire coffee deskFull flexibility of work locationEntrepreneurial, flat-hierarchy culture with fast decisions and real impactWork alongside a proven, high-performing trading team while carving out the coffee success storyAttractive long-term incentivesPlease send your CV with a short note on your Arabica green coffee sales track record to: admin@virtus-resources.com
