Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to support the development and enhancement of our enterprise platforms, primarily Workday and ServiceNow. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements, manage configurations, and ensure solutions align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Product OwnershipManage the product backlog for Workday and/or ServiceNow, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams. Platform Configuration & SupportAssist in configuring workflows, forms, and integrations within Workday and/or ServiceNow. Support testing and validation of new features and updates. Monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business units, IT, and vendors to ensure platform solutions meet operational needs. Communicate product updates, timelines, and changes effectively to stakeholders. Facilitate training and documentation to support platform adoption. Technical CoordinationCoordinate with technical teams on integration points and automation opportunities. Use tools like GitHub (if applicable) for version control and collaboration.
Stay informed on platform releases and recommend relevant enhancements. Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience in a product ownership or platform support role. Hands-on experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow, including configuration and workflows. Familiarity with GitHub is a plus. Strong ability to translate business needs into platform features and improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms, and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience working in Agile environments. Basic understanding of integration tools and APIs. Exposure to other enterprise platforms or HR/IT systems.
