We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Designer to lead the design vision for our industrial data and AI platform, Cognite Data Fusion (CDF). You'll drive design strategy across our platform while mentoring design talent and collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and support teams. Key responsibilities:

Design Leadership & StrategyDefine and execute a comprehensive design strategy, ensuring cohesive user experiences from data ingestion through the entire customer journey with our platformPartner closely with product managers and engineering leads to balance technical constraints with optimal user experiencesLead design thinking sessions and facilitate cross-functional workshopsManage and mentor design team members, providing guidance on their careers and design skillsKey responsibilities:
