We are looking for passionate people who possess deep technical expertise as well as excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills to join our team. "HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE"Supervise daily operations of customer service teams. Handle escalated issues and complaints. Create and maintain performance metrics.
Conduct regular team meetings and coaching. Ensure adherence to company policies. Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
