What you'll doCollaborate with our global teams to conduct research on market trends, consumption patterns and competitive positions (e. g.

market segmentation and addressable market), to derive findings and recommendationsWork with other business units (BD, Marketing, Operations, Product etc), providing strategic support to drive platform growthData-driven and qualitative analysis to develop key insights and provide impactful recommendations for our businessAssist management in updating and preparing key operational metrics, financial models, presentations and investor and board reportsCoordinate and facilitate in-house communications and developments across functionsAssist with CEO duties as requiredWhat We Expect From YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or other relatedRelevant experience in Investment Banking is a mustRelevant experience and/or strong interest in crypto industry is a big plusStrong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planningHigh level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well – Comfortable working in a VUCA environmentEntrepreneurial with strong business acumen - ability to articulate analyses and translate to actionable business insightsFluent in English and Chinese for cross-functional communicationProficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google WorkspaceGood to have but not a must:
