We’re now seeking a Marketing & Projects Executive in Southeast Asia to support our regional growth, elevate our brand, and help bring our IP to wider audiences. Why This Role MattersThis is a multifaceted role at the heart of COL’s Southeast Asia operations. You’ll lead PR efforts to grow brand visibility, support marketing campaigns, manage key vendor and IP initiatives, and play a hands-on role in projects that support sales enablement and business growth. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager to coordinate office operations and strategic communications.

You’ll gain unique exposure across PR, marketing, sales, operations, and content IP—all within the fast-paced world of media and entertainment. Who You AreYou have 2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital content. You’re an excellent communicator in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with strong writing skills and media relations experience. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You’ve worked across project coordination, brand or campaign activations, or client/vendor management. You’re familiar with press communications, social media, and presentation design (PowerPoint, Canva).

You’re eager to build a career in entertainment, with an interest in IP, platforms, and pop culture. What You’ll DoPR & MarketingLead media outreach and secure coverage for key campaigns, titles, and executive profiles. Draft and localize press releases, media kits, and Q&As in English and Mandarin. Coordinate interviews, editorial placements, and regional media activations. Support digital and on-ground marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. Assist with content creation and scheduling for corporate and brand social media pages.

Projects & Sales EnablementCoordinate with sales and marketing teams to produce client-ready decks, showcase IP, and support business development efforts. Liaise with internal teams and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution. Track project milestones, prepare internal reports, and ensure alignment across departments. IP & Vendor CoordinationSupport IP and licensing efforts by coordinating with licensors, production teams, and third-party vendors. Manage databases and trackers for marketing assets, contracts, and deliverables. Help facilitate onboarding and oversight of external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers. GM Support & AdminProvide day-to-day operational support to the General Manager based in Singapore.

Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, vendor contracts, and office communications. Support internal team coordination, training logistics, and event planning.
