Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Caller, based in the Karachi West District. The Cold Caller will engage with potential clients to introduce One Ten Design’s services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, achieving outreach targets, and staying informed about the company’s offerings and client needs. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skillsExperience with cold calling, lead generation, and appointment settingAbility to handle rejection and persist professionallyBasic customer relationship management (CRM) tool proficiencyKnowledge of digital marketing and design services is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsAt least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are beneficialA proactive and goal-oriented mindset
