The ideal candidate is comfortable making high volumes of calls, handling objections, and working towards clear performance metrics in a remote setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects. Follow structured call scripts while adapting messaging based on prospect engagement. Confidently handle objections and steer conversations toward qualifying leads or setting appointments. Accurately maintain and update records in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve messaging effectiveness. QualificationsHigh level of English proficiency (near-native fluency required). Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills. Understanding of U.S. business culture and sales communication norms. Previous experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly preferred. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet daily/weekly call metrics.
