We’re Hiring: Cold Calling Agent (Real Estate Industry)Start Date: 1 January 2026Remuneration: R10,000 per monthWe are looking for a confident, driven Cold Calling Agent to support our lead-generation efforts. If you’re passionate about connecting with people and enjoy working in a results-oriented environment, this role is for you.Role Overview:The Cold Calling Agent will contact homeowners, identify potential sellers, and build a structured database of property owners. In addition, the agent will also be responsible for sourcing home-buyer leads for bond (home loan) deals. All warm seller and buyer leads will be handed over to our team for closing.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective buyersBuild and maintain a comprehensive database of homeowners and potential sellersIdentify and qualify seller leads based on interest and intentSource and qualify buyer leads requiring home-loan assistanceCapture detailed and accurate prospect informationHand over warm leads to our sales team and bond origination sales team Maintain professionalism and uphold brand standardsRequirements:Strong communication skills (verbal & written)Confident, persuasive, and motivatedPrevious experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation is advantageousAbility to work independently and meet targetsPositive attitude and strong work ethicMust have own laptop and phone What We Offer:R10,000 fixed monthly remunerationBasic training
