This role plays a key part in shaping and executing product strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams — including sales, customer service, operations, engineering, and marketing — to ensure the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of product offerings. As a regional leader, this position will also be responsible for guiding a team of professionals, fostering talent development, and ensuring best-in-class execution.In this role, you will:Lead the strategic planning and execution of product/solutions strategies within the area, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities, particularly in refrigerated cargo logistics.Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.çPartner with commercial teams to translate customer needs into solutions, ensuring strong product-market fit.Manage and oversee product lifecycle activities, including development, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements.Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, technology, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.Act as a key point of escalation for product-related issues, ensuring effective problem solving and alignment across functions.Provide leadership and coaching to team members, developing capabilities and building a talent pipeline.Represent the Area in regional product forums, contributing insights to influence regional or global product direction and standards for Cold Chain.Ensure product profitability, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to customer service standards.What You Bring:Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably with exposure to refrigerated cargo management (Cold Chain Logistics).At least 5 years of proven track record in commercial or product management roles.Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional and senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving results.Strong business acumen and analytical skills for product performance monitoring and strategy setting.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor professionals to achieve business goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Based in Peru (hybrid model: 3 days in office / 2 remote, subject to company policy).Flexibility for Area/regional travel when required.Join us as we shape the future of global logistics.
