We offer a challenging client relationship management role in the fast-changing environment of collateral management and our internal training path covers all of the Euroclear Collateral Products. We also provide opportunities to attend external industry courses to train our people on the role of collateral management in the international financial markets.Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Services Lead you are the owner of the Operational Collateral Relationship with a key client or a portfolio of clients and will be the main point of contact.Building and maintaining the relationshipUnderstanding the business profile and needs of your client portfolio and representing them internallyAwareness, monitoring and proactive follow-up of your client activity across different collateral productsEnsuring client satisfaction by providing added value services to your clientSupporting your client with specific portfolio analysis in order to optimize collateral allocationActing as external and internal facilitator for any ad hoc blocking issuesKeeping your relationships aware of all new services and changes that impact their activity with Euroclear BankRequired QualificationsExperience in Sales, business development, or customer service is essential, and having experience in collateral is highly desirable.Great teammateUnderstanding of financial markets and knowledge of securitiesTo be successful in this highly demanding yet rewarding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:Strong proven relationship management and interpersonal skillsRight attitude and character to interact with customersExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishStrong client focus and can-do attitudeAbility to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work with short deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeHigh level of resistance to stress.About UsWhy join usEmbark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets.
