We believe that people are the engine of change and the instigator of innovation.ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Collateral Valuations Specialist with Greek in the Head Office at Sofia, Bulgaria.Responsibilities:Assign the preparation of valuations to external valuation companiesSupport the work of external valuers by explaining the Bank’s requirementsConfirm the valuations (makes plausibility check), made by the external valuation companies or prepares/ updates appraisals, owned by clients or acquired by the bankPrepare opinions and monitoring on investment projectsCheck on-site construction documentation for investment monitoring or other business-related papersMonitor the market trends for different types of assetsPrepare various types of reports for the needs of the Bank, specific departments and/ or shareholdersMain requirements:University degree, technical degree is an advantageKnowledge about Greek legislation and requirements about valuations, license for valuer to work in Greece will be considered as strong advantagePrevious experience as a valuer, experience at a similar position at a bank or other financial institution is an advantageFluency in English languageExcellent communication and problem solving skillsStrong organization skillsWillingness to learn and develop.Orientation to the achievement of resultsOur offer:Working in a dynamic international environmentProfessional growth in a motivated teamFlexible working time ( from 7:30-09:00 a.m. to 16:30-18.00 p.m.)Training opportunities2 days per week home office optionSocial benefits: 25 days annual paid leave, additional health insurance, Multisport card, transportation cost amount, additional amount for summer vacation and heating season, preferential conditions for products and services in the bank and preferential fees for education at Denis Diderot School – the private school of the bank.Only short-listed candidates (selected on submitted CV) will be invited to the upcoming stages of the selection process.Your application will be treated with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the legal requirements for personal data protection.
