Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections ATL/AM, based in Colombo with partial work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the accounts receivable process, managing debt collection activities, and ensuring timely cash collections. The candidate will interact with clients to resolve outstanding issues and provide excellent customer service. Coordination with internal teams and maintaining financial records are key day-to-day duties. The role also involves preparing reports on collection activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Qualifications Proven skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processesStrong Communication and Customer Service abilitiesFinance-related knowledge and understanding of payment processesAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in navigating financial data and reporting toolsExperience in healthcare revenue cycle management is an advantageRelevant certifications or qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field
