Collection Manager - Home Loans

Roles and Responsibilities :-Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocatedWill be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned areaTo ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adheredTo maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profileManagement of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.Audit, review & document collections policies, strategies & practicesDesigning calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.Candidate Profile Required :-4-6 Years of experience in Unsecured Loans.Should be efficient in Team ManagementCandidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience will be preferredCollections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
