Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pool and network of SPX collection pointsOn-ground hunting for partnershipsReaching out to identified leads and pitching the SPX programManaging the full acquisition cycle - including lead generation, contract signing, and coordination of point of sale material delivery (POSM)To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partnersMonitor collection points' performance by areas to ensure high service levels and customer satisfactionRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply chain, or related disciplines Entry level candidates are welcome to applyPrior internship or work experience in business development or sales will be an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnershipsWillingness to travel for periodic partner visits and on-site assessments
