If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.As a Collection Specialist, you’ll help ensure our sales invoices are sent correctly the first time ("First Time Right") and that our receivables are paid on time. This position offers a balanced mix of billing and collection responsibilities, with approximately 50% of your time focused on each.We follow a hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week spent at the office to support collaboration and team engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales invoicing and invoice processing tasksReview billing requests to ensure contract complianceRespond to customer inquiries related to invoices, in collaboration with internal stakeholdersMonitor accounts receivable and send payment remindersWork with external collection agencies when necessaryInvestigate unclear payments and unallocated credit notesGenerate reports related to billing and receivablesParticipate in improvement and development projectsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and a proactive mindsetPrevious experience in billing and collections is an advantageEagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and ways of workingBasic IT skills – especially in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plusAn educational background in financial administration or a related field is not required, but is considered a plusAbility to work independently while also being a team playerA strong commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceComfortable working in both a fast-paced environment and with routine tasksFluent in Finnish and in EnglishWhat We OfferAt KONE, you’ll be part of a global company where your work truly matters.
